I had the pleasure of going to high school with Luis' mom. We weren't in the same grade but often ran into each other. I was so happy to hear from her years after. She reached out to inquire about my work and pricing and shortly after booked her maternity session and a watch me grow package for baby Luis.
Luis came to see me a couple of weeks ago for his very first session (well outside of mommy's belly). I just loved the themes mom wanted to incorporate in his session. Some things she mentioned that she wanted to incorporate were hockey, comic books, Harry Potter and the color green (fun side note: I've never read or seen any of the HP books or movie, I know, I know, I've been living under a rock).
Any way, I didn't have any Harry Potter props, but digital files came to rescue. I also pulled together a comic book set up (or 2 if you classify doing both Marvel and DC Comics because dad couldn't choose which one was his favorite) and hockey set up. Oh yeah, dad is also a police officer, so we tied that into the session as well.
